Minimum Order Requirements

To ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the minimum order quantity is 50 units for most SKUs. Specific products may have different quantity requirements, which will be communicated during the inquiry process.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed once the customer signs and stamps both the quotation and the product agreement form provided by Pristine Gifts. This signed agreement serves as a formal acceptance of the terms and specifications outlined in the quotation. An invoice will be issued following this confirmation, and payment must be made according to the terms specified in the invoice.

Customers are encouraged to review the quotation and product agreement form carefully before signing. This review should ensure that all details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing, are correct and meet the customer’s expectations.

4. Pricing

Price Display

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, these prices are indicative and may vary based on several factors including the quantity ordered, materials selected, and any customizations requested. The final prices are provided in the official quotation and invoice.

Price Changes

Prices listed on the website are subject to change based on fluctuations in internal costs or shipping expenses. 5. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

Pristine Gifts accepts the following payment methods:

• PayNow: Payments can be made directly using PayNow without incurring additional fees.
• CardUp: Payments via CardUp may incur additional processing fees.
• PayPal: Payments through PayPal may also incur additional fees.

Additional Fees

Customers are advised that while there are no additional fees for PayNow transfers, third-party payment methods such as CardUp and PayPal may include processing fees, which will be communicated at the time of payment.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon receipt of the invoice, and orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed. Delayed payments may result in a delay in the order processing and delivery.

Upon confirming an order, Pristine Gifts will provide a comprehensive order confirmation document. This document will include:

7. Cancellation

• Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made prior to the cancellation of an order are non-refundable. Customers are advised to consider their purchase decisions carefully before making payments. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the customer, any deposits or payments made will not be returned.
• Order Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of confirmation. However, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. If Pristine Gifts cancels the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.
• Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered if Pristine Gifts cannot fulfill the order due to a fault or error on our part. In such cases, the company will assess the situation and may provide a refund based on the specific circumstances.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Urgent/Express Shipping (Air Freight): Usually delivered within 5-7 days.

International Shipping
